The admission process at Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology (KIET) follows a structured,

official social media platforms, and the KIET website. These announcements provide complete details regarding
available degree programs, eligibility criteria, and the application procedure.
Applicants are required to submit their admission application online through the designated admission portal.
Original academic documents are verified at the time of application submission. KIET follows a
semester-based academic system comprising Spring and Fall semesters.
Important Notice
General Instructions for Admission Test
- The last date for receipt of duly completed application forms is February 28, 2026.
- Applicants must carefully follow all instructions related to the Admission Test.

The Admit Card will be issued only after submission of the completed application form along
with attested photocopies of academic documents and CNIC/Form-B.
- Original academic documents must be presented for verification at the time of application submission.

The Admit Card is mandatory for appearing in the Admission Test. Candidates without an Admit Card
will not be allowed to appear in the test.
- A sample test paper is available for reference.

Candidates applying for MS/MPhil programs are required to submit valid
NTS-GAT results along with their application.

Final selection will be based on Admission Test performance and previous academic record.
